Ok, so seeing as fanfics can contain some materials some don't want to read, i've made up a few standard rules (so actually I haven't made them up seeing as they already exist on many other boards XD)

1. In the subject, state the title and rating.
2. In the message itself, above your fic post (not really in a specific order):

- Author
- Title
- Rating
- Warnings (like death/rape/BDSM)
- Pairing
- Chapter (1/25, or whatever, just put Oneshot if it's a...oneshot XD)
- Short summary
- Maybe some author notes, if you want to add those:)

Ok, this is all very clear I guess, no weird rules to abide by.

I do press on these rules though. Some people don't like to read deathfics or NC-17 or a specific pairing. And to keep every one happy, this is the easiest way. If people then still complain about something they didn't like in your story, at least you warned them beforehand.

Also one last rule: Don't go making bogus-replies to your own fic so it'll stay on top of the list. That's annoying to others.

Replying with a next chapter or replying to the replies you got on your fics are perfectly fine, welcomed, even!^_^
